On Monday, April 29th, Knightsbridge Schools International Panama held it's very first Eco-Fashion Show.  Students, staff and parents were challenged with creating clothing from materials that would typically go into the recycling bin.  The goal of the show was to highlight how creativity can inspire people to reuse materials that we usually consider trash.  The message is a strong one, and we hope that many students walked away thinking creatively of ways they can use our recyclable materials... This year's Panama Wildlife themed Field Day was a great success. Primary students K-5 were divided up into eight different teams; Ñeques, Pumas, Harpies, Iguanas, Ocelots, Macaws, Marlins, and Tucans, all of which are animals that are native to Panama. The KSI Panama Recycling Club started in September 2018. Teachers and students have been working together to improve the recycling habits of the KSI community. This year KSI Panama started with recycling white paper, because the school uses a lot of white paper that usually ends up in the trash. In one month the KSI community was able to collect and recycle 37 pounds of white paper. The Panamanian Association of Internationally-minded Schools  (PAIS) is an organization formed by a group of schools in Panama, of which KSI is part, that share a common educational philosophy and vision. KSI Art Week To highlight the incredible talent of our student body, KSI Panama is celebrating Art Week from Monday, March 18 through Friday, March 22. KSI Panama students participated in an art contest open to the Panama Pacifico community with artist Miky Fábrega who visited our school. Students created designs for one of the bus stops in our community. KSI Panama took this great opportunity to participate in a wonderful community event.

KSIP strives to foster and inspire the creativity of our students and what better way than learning a new skill via a CAS experience. After some of them successfully learned their first salsa moves, grade 11 students Ema Humajova, Briana Morales, Gabriel Ledezma, and Christian Thorne have decided to learn how to design flower arrangments.
