At the heart of KSI Panama is a commitment to inquiry based teaching, multilingualism and technology.
English is the language of instruction in lessons and Spanish is offered as an additional or mother-tongue language.
Our curriculum framework is based on the International Baccalaureate (IB) Programmes. The IB is dedicated to the:
development of intellectual, personal, emotional and social skills for students that live, learn and work in a rapidly changing world.
What is the International Baccalaureate?
The IB offers 3 programmes which provide a continuous international educational experience from early childhood to pre-university age. The IB Learner Profile is at the heart of this common curriculum framework and embodies what the IB means by international mindedness.
There are 3 IB Programmes
The Primary Years Programme (PYP) for learners age 3- 12 years old
The Middle Years Programme (MYP) for learners age 11 – 16 years old
The Diploma Programme (DP) for learners age 16 – 18 years old
